New image database:
The 8-18 megapixel gallery now comprises some 5,500 images. Use it either via the overview file, or try my most recent feature, which allows you to use it like the familiar organ and title database,
i.e. with search and filter options. This means you can now trace images of specific places and organs or even search by keywords ("Cologne", "cathedral", "console" etc). As an additional goodie I have included comments and explanations
with all 5,500 images, which I hope you will enjoy and profit from.
New state of the art D-SLR:
Some months ago I upgraded my equipment to a Canon 7D, which means that the latest images (see below) are now available in a state of the art 18 megapixel resolution, compared to the former 8 megapixel resolution.
Plus I purchased two fantastic new lenses: a 4.5mm fisheye (equiv. to 7.5mm in 35mm format) and a super wideangle zoom 8-16mm (equiv. to 13-26mm in 35mm format). This means that I can now shoot from even more fantastic angles ;-)
New address list with links to Google Maps:
I included three additional columns in the organ data base: "Zip code", "Street / number" and a "link to Google Maps". These data are now available for first 400 entries and will soon be available for the complete
database. This useful feature is available to all full access subscribers.
